The Resilience Experience

Working With Us

Free Consultation

Health is a partnership, and your work with us begins with a call with a parent who has walked in your shoes. There is no obligation or cost associated with this first phone call. The client guide will chat with you to make sure our providers are the best fit for your child’s care, discuss what working with Resilience Naturopathic will look like, and review expectations of the healing journey. They will also take the time to answer any questions you have to make sure you feel safe and confident in the decision you are making for your child. Plan to spend about 45 minutes with our client guides – we are very committed to not rushing you and ensuring you leave well-informed.

Physician Partnership

Your Resilience Naturopathic provider serves as your homeopathic consultant and they are a partner in your larger care team. Because of the nature of working remotely, we require that you have a local physician or primary care provider to manage all medical care, including medications, diagnosis, lab testing, physical exams, and to write documentation and complete school forms.

Homeopathic Remedies

Homeopathic remedies are taken as a single remedy at a time. Many common remedies can be purchased at a local health food store, but some will need to be ordered from a homeopathic pharmacy.

Supplements

Since we focus exclusively on classical homeopathy, the only necessary additional purchase when working with your Resilience Naturopathic provider is the reasonably priced monthly homeopathic remedy. We do not routinely rely on supplements and we do not follow a protocol approach to care. However, your provider may occasionally make a supplement recommendation if their professional opinion is that it would uniquely benefit your child. A recommended supplement can be purchased from any trusted local retailer, or it may be ordered online via FullScript with whom we have arranged a discount for our clients.

Insurance

Resilience Naturopathic is a cash pay office and we do not accept insurance, nor can we bill your insurance. Payment is expected at the time of visit with a personal credit card that remains on file or HSA card, if your HSA administrator permits homeopathic care. We are unable to provide insurance superbills, but will provide you with an invoice. We are unable to provide diagnostic codes or letters of medical necessity, nor are we able to fill out insurance forms.
