From an early age I’ve considered myself something of a health detective. I’ve always been fascinated by health and sleuthing out the factors that contribute to vibrant wellness. My love for homeopathy started as a child, when my mom gave me first aid remedies after a riding accident. It was always a common thing in my family to use homeopathy and herbs on the humans as well as the horses, dogs, cats, and other members of the miscellaneous menagerie that happened to living with and around us. In naturopathic medical school the spark of love for homeopathy that was always there really took off and I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity and time to study under some of the current homeopathic experts. I live in Arizona with three kiddos, two border collies and a cat. In my free time I like to destress by running, hiking, gardening and sewing in my (somewhat limited) spare time.
