  Meet
Dr. Ben Zorensky, ND

Since the age of sixteen I have witnessed firsthand the powerful healing capacity of homeopathy.  As a teenager struggling with acne, I visited a homeopath in Boulder, Colorado and experienced significant relief for my skin soon after starting the initial remedy prescribed by my Naturopathic Doctor.  The remedy not only healed my superficial skin issues, but also some of the mental and emotional after-effects  of a trauma-filled childhood.

“… After my acne disappeared and grief resolved with Homeopathy, I knew I wanted to become a Naturopathic doctor with a primary focus on Classical Homeopathy.

As an All-State high school basketball player on a championship team, my dedication to athletics and academics led me to Johns Hopkins University, where I played Varsity basketball until a shoulder injury took me out of the game.  During my shoulder rehabilitation, homeopathy helped to mitigate pain and inflammation post-surgery.  I was fascinated by the body’s capacity to heal, and I began taking pre-med prerequisites to prepare me for medical school after college.  Upon graduation, I explored options for attending Naturopathic Medical School and chose the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine primarily to study with Dr. Messer and his well-reputed Homeopathic program.

During my term at Naturopathic Medical school, my wife and I opened a therapeutic yoga studio.  In addition to my class and clinical coursework, I became a yoga instructor and worked as owner/operator of Bikram Yoga Tempe.  The physical and mental connection fostered by practicing and teaching yoga helped me further understand the body’s capacity to heal, grow and adapt.  In addition to yoga, botanical medicine and nutrition, homeopathy continued to be my chosen modality while working on clinical rotations during school and after once I received my license to practice medicine.  For more than fifteen years I have observed the healing power of homeopathy as a physician treating children, adults and seniors.  Each one of my patients received a homeopathic remedy in addition to other supplement recommendations on the treatment plan.  Now, as an associate doctor with Resilience Naturopathic, I am thrilled to focus primarily on classical homeopathy with a group of like-minded compassionate doctors!”

What clients are saying

Laurie

Dr. Bahr is an amazing individual and a great doctor. Her knowledge is built on a foundation of genuine warmth and care for others. Her ability to support those in their healing process, physically, mentally, and emotionally, is hard to find in the medical community. As a patient, I felt like she connected with me heart to heart, she displayed her compassion both in character and poise, and she asked the questions other doctors had dismissed in order to find the reason why I was feeling the way I was. Her intuition is impeccable. I felt like she continually sought to understand me as a whole person and to formulate a treatment that was unique for me. She also explained what was happening within my body and how the treatment she was implementing would help address the cause for the imbalance I was experiencing.
